Yoga and Pilates Private Lessons– Both Yoga and Pilates can be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Excellent for those seeking to achieve specific goals eg lose weight/tone up or recovering from illness or injury.
Rehabilitation and Recovery Exercise Programmes – Exercise and well being should not be the exclusive territory of the young and able. We offer specialised classes in “office exercise” and “exercise for lower back pain”.
We also offer one to one personalised programmes (based on Yoga and Pilates principles) for people suffering long term health problems or those recovering from injury or post operatively – our specialities are joint conditions, GI problems, weight management, stress/anxiety/depression, diabetes and management of chronic pain.

We also teach chair based exercises for the frailer adult (in a one to one or group setting).
Personal Training – We provide personal training for all, but we specialise in working with the over 40s to “future proof” their health, vitality and wellness. We work with people to achieve a “whole person” programme, which includes diet, weight management, stress management, work/life balance and building resilience.
CORPORATE WORK
Workplace Yoga, Pilates, Exercise and Deskercise – Our exercise classes can be delivered in your workplace and are a great way to motivate staff, reduce sickness and absence and increase productivity.
