Welcome to Yoga and Pilates Flintshire – we aim to provide the very best of mind body exercise classes, workshops, holidays and retreats. We also provide personal training and specialise in holistic wellbeing and fitness for the over 40s.
All teachers and therapists at Yoga and Pilates Flintshire have professional qualifications and are fully insured. We are constantly striving to update our skills and knowledge.
We offer –
Yoga and Pilates (traditional classical forms not gimmicky trends), with the emphasis on quality teaching underpinned by our own personal practice and a sound understanding of anatomy, physiology and movement principles.
One to One Yoga and Pilates – sessions personalised to your individual needs. Small group work/semi private training (up to 4 people) also offered – ideal for friends and colleagues looking to work at specific goals.
Skype Virtual Training Sessions – If you cannot get to us, we offer remote training and instruction via Skype. This mode of training is very flexible for the client and less expensive than traditional personal training and coaching. All our Yoga, Pilates, rehab exercise and personal training is offered through Skype.
Corporate Classes – Yoga, Pilates and specialised classes (such as “exercise for lower back pain”, “Yoga for stress”) in the workplace. We cover the whole of Flintshire, Cheshire, Wrexham and Wirral.
Personal Fitness Training – whether you want to lose weight, shape up, learn correct running technique, train for that competition, learn how to use that machine you bought or the gym you have just joined, our personalised exercise will help you achieve your goals. We also offer rehab, prehab and injury recovery programmes.
Therapies – Treat yourself to one of our deliciously relaxing and healing massages or experience the power of acupuncture and cupping to stimulate, invigorate and reduce pain.
